Do we have offline classes?
No. All classes are conducted online.
Can we pay for one person, and can two people attend the class?
No, the structure of the class is designed for one person.
Is this an audio or a video class?
This class has both audio and video. We request the candidate to switch on their camera during class hours.
Is partial fee payment allowed?
The fees are to be paid in advance. No partial fee payment is allowed.
Is it possible to change the timings?
Yes, class timings can be adjusted based on the trainer availability.
Is it possible to change the trainer?
We recommend that candidates do not change the trainer, since teaching styles differ from one person to another. We depend on professionals for training candidates, and candidates may have to wait until we can find another trainer.
Can the syllabus be modified?
A few topics can be added based on your request to enable us to tailor the course according to your needs.
Do you have a referral policy?
Yes, we do have a referral policy. For every candidate referred, a discount is offered provided the referred candidate completes the course.
Are there any placement services?
No, we do not offer placement services.
Is cancellation allowed?
We do not encourage cancellation. There will be no refund if there is cancellation.
Do you allow dropouts?
We do not encourage dropouts. If there are any dropouts to unforeseen circumstances, refund of the fees will not be provided.
Will any machine (laptop/desktop) be provided to the candidates?
All hardware and necessary software should be arranged by the candidates.
Can we take leave during the course?
You can take leave for a day or two. However, there are always exceptions (such as falling sick due to dengue or being hospitalized).
